About Instructor

As a senior QA, you have developed a great deal of expertise in testing and quality assurance, which can make you an excellent teacher or mentor to others in the field. Here are a few tips on how to introduce yourself as a teacher or professional:

Emphasize your experience: Start by highlighting your professional background and how long you have been working in quality assurance. This will establish your credibility as an expert in the field and give your students or mentees confidence in your ability to guide them.

Share your philosophy: As a senior QA, you likely have a specific approach or philosophy when it comes to testing and quality assurance. Share this with your students or mentees, as it will give them insight into your thought process and help them understand how you approach the subject matter.

Explain your teaching style: Let your students or mentees know how you plan to approach teaching & mentoring. Will you be using a lecture-style format or a more hands-on approach? Will you be providing feedback on their work, or will you be more of a sounding board for their ideas? Giving them an idea of what to expect will help them better prepare for your sessions.

Set expectations: Finally, be clear about what you expect from your students or mentees. Do you have specific goals or objectives for your sessions? Will there be homework or assignments to complete between sessions? Setting expectations upfront will help ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards a common goal.
